About Us

C&B Construction is a local, family-owned construction company specializing in custom homes. We have been living and building in Morgan County for over 25 years. We firmly believe in using as many local subcontractors as possible and keeping as much money as we can in our local economy.

So, who are we?

C&B Construction is owned by Chuck and Marcia Bledsoe. Chuck has been hands-on since day one at every project, big or small, overseeing every detail as the general contractor. He is assembling the foundations, standing up the walls, and putting the roof over our heads while also scheduling inspections and coordinating subcontractors.

Chuck and Marcia's son, Casey, is our Construction Manager. He is the primary contact during the design stage, handling the floorplan design and budget for our projects. Operating under Bledsoe Interior Finishing, Casey is also hands-on during the interior finish stage of our projects painting, building your custom shower, and coordinating the interior finish subcontractors.

Now, who aren't we?

We are not the fastest builder and we are not the cheapest. We take a lot of pride in our work and believe in doing it right the first time. This means we use high-quality products and spend a little extra time using our heads before using our hands.

We are not the type of builder to tell you no (well, sometimes we have to). We also take a lot of pride in allowing our customers to indulge in true freedom while building a custom home. We encourage you to pitch your ideas and ask for suggestions. As long as your idea is feasible, legal, and within your budget then leave it to us. Building codes and budgets are the only reasons you'll get a no from us.

We are not always the best fit for you. We may not fit your timeline, budget, or expectations and that's okay. We're going to be here for a while and we'll be happy to try it again later or refer you to someone who may be a better fit.
