We didn't get the pleasure of designing this custom home but we had a lot of fun building it! Our first two-story home in quite some time and it is filled with beautiful selections made by our customers. We learned a lot with this one.

This ranch farmhouse was designed side-by-side with our amazing customers and I know we all enjoyed watching their vision come to life! This home is an ideal example for those who may be hesitant to build a little smaller. We minimized wasted space and found a great balance for comfortable living space.

We designed this for a family member and their family and we loved being a part of this house becoming their new home. They made all of the selections for the interior and exterior and we're digging the way it turned out!

This custom home was designed with our amazing customers while they resided out-of-state during the building process. While the distance was its own unique challenge, we also endured the challenges of the pandemic. We built many homes in this neighborhood in the early 2000s and it was nice to be back again!

This unique home was actually built on an existing foundation from a recently demolished home. We added onto the foundation and built new from the ground up! This was an incredible opportunity and put a few extra feathers in our caps.

Addition & Remodel
This project remains one of our proudest - a large-scale remodel and addition on an older farmhouse. The addition added 3,000 sq. ft. of living space and a 2-car garage. The existing home was gutted and remodeled to match the addition. We were given the opportunity to put our knowledge and experience to the test here!
